You can choose to forward your calls all day every day or outside of business hours only. Your timeframe can be adjusted at any time to suit your evolving needs.
Step 2: We Take Your Calls
During your onboarding, our team works with you to develop scripts for our operators to use when handling your calls. Whether people are inquiring about your services, applying to your open positions, requesting to schedule an appointment, or anything else, we can develop a script to direct our operators on how to respond to each call.
Step 3: Message & Call Transfer
When we answer your calls, we can pass messages along to you or transfer the calls directly to your relevant staff.
